Intersystem Interfaces
[This is a Base Component and is present in all configurations of Galvin].
This aspect of the system provides the links to Galvin from your Order Management System. It is through this interface that 98%+ of the data is input into Galvin.
This data consists of your Item and Offer descriptive information, your customer activity [Demand, Shipments, Cancels, Returns] and your inventory ownership [On-Hand and On-Order].
This module edits and validates all of this inbound data and produces audit trails and reporting/correction facilities for any rejected transactions.
We have interfaced Galvin to many different Order Management Systems and have interfaces available to CommercialWare's retail.dot.commerce [aka Mozart] and others.
