Time-Phased Open-To-Buy

This is an extension to the Item Forecasting function and provides for a presentation of all the future activity of an Item presented in weekly increments.
This view shows when the Demand will occur and how that is matched by inventory levels for each week, resulting in the identification of both stockout and excess positions and when they will occur.
A key output is the "Ranking Of Projected Backorders" which factors lead-time with future need resulting in a priority list of Backorders before they occur.
